    Smokey Chili Crisp Marinated Tofu

    1) Tupperware Container, add:

    • liquid smoke
    • soy sauce or tamari (for gf)
    • maple syrup or sugar
    • chili crisp

    2) Microwave tofu block for like 4:00 (longer if frozen) until it’s really hot.

    3) Press down on tofu and pour off liquid.

    4) Slice tofu in half inch thick slabs. Put slabs into Tupperware Container w marinade.

    5) Shake Tupperware Container to distribute sauce.

    6) Let marinate for however long u want.

    7) Heat a lot of oil in pan (like half an inch of oil yerm). Fry the marinated tofu till however you want

    eat XDDD

    p.s. u can sprinkle in a bunch of corn starch/potato starch when tofu is frying to give it crispy layer
